If you are 35 years old or older the words “the man they call Reveen” will undoubtedly resonate for you. Soon you are humming a familiar jingle and picturing magician and hypnotist The Great Reveen coaxing a stage full of people to act weird.
A theatre staple in this country for four-plus decades Peter Reveen sadly passed away in 2013 but not before handing the mantel and the tuxedo (he literally did) to his son Tyrone in 2011.
Tyrone dropped by the DGP podcast studio and talked with Dana Gee about being that guy.
Dana also reviews Bill Murrary’s new film Rock the Kasbah, Steve Coogan in Northern Soul and Muru, an alpine adventure documentary.
