It’s been a few years since Chris Haddock has had a TV show airing here in Canada.
The creator of Da Vinci’s Inquest, Da Vinci’s City Hall and Intelligence is back on the Vancouver streets with his new espionage drama The Romeo Section. This time Haddocks sights are set on spies and international intrigue.
A lover of a lively and ripped-from the headline story Haddock joins Dana Gee on the DGP podcast this week and talks about his new show, new hero and the art of writing TV dramas.
Keeping with the writing theme Gee also interviews Giller Prize-winning author Elizabeth Hay. Hay’s new novel His Whole Life is out now and she will be at the Vancouver Writers Fest Oct. 20-25.
There’s also movie reviews as CTV’s Jim Gordon discusses Steve Jobs, Crimson Peak and Beeba Boys.
