Province Sports Friday July 3 with Ed Willes

Ed Willes joins Paul Chapman as they sift through the ashes of a week for the Vancouver Canucks that at best can be described as challenging, at worst a disaster.

Core, popular players seemingly given away below market value, the rest of their division making big strides and the Canucks regressing had left Canuck fans shaking their heads, and then they cleared out the front office even more, firing three popular members of their front office.

The podcast then turns to the Lions and looks at their hopes to grasp back some support in the CFL this year, but also looks at the popularity of the league in general and where the Lions stand in the market.

Lastly the lads talk about the Women’s World Cup, how the event did from an organizational point of view, but also from an on-pitch perspective.
